There is a deposit of € 4,000,- ex 9% VAT for this surrogate mare; a contract must be signed when collecting the mare. If the recipient mare is returned to the owner in good health after weaning (at an approximate age of 5-6 months) of the foal, € 4,000 ex 9% VAT will be refunded.
The recipient mare must be delivered back to the seller of the embryo at all times after weaning the foal. Should this not be the case for whatever reason, there will be an extra fine on top of the deposit of € 6,000, - excl. 9% VAT. Mare is leased hence this surrogate mare construction.
Location of the recipient mare: the Netherlands.
Additional condition with this embryo is the following:
Current owner wants to be listed as co-breeder in the passport.
* For direct export or an intra-community delivery (with a valid VAT number), VAT is 0%. For subsequent export after more than 90 days after purchase, VAT will be refunded after submission of the export (tracing) papers to the selling party.
